We offer diversified chiropractic techniques, including spinal & extremity manipulation, and myofascial release. Manipulation involves a thrust applied at varying speeds and forces to a joint that is causing dysfunction and related pain.
ACUPUNCTURE
As acupuncture providers, we practice acupuncture in a neurofunctional based model of care to treat pain & dysfunction.
MASSAGE
THERAPY
Registered massage therapy focused on relieving muscle tension, reducing pain, and supporting overall wellness. Treatments are customized to your needs, whether for relaxation, recovery, or targeted therapeutic care.
PRE + POSTNATAL CARE
Webster Technique is a gentle protocol that allows the pelvis and hips to become better aligned throughout a series of treatments. It is used on pregnant women because it is a safe and effective way of relieving lower back, gluteus, hip and pelvic pain.

It's also important to get a full-body post partum check-up to monitor the tissue healing, and ensure the abdominal tissue is regaining tensile strength.
